Job summary

Pinnacle Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support planning, budgeting, administration, and delivery of public infrastructure improvements for growing communities.

You will collaborate with developers, engineers, legal counsel, and Boards of Directors to coordinate bidding, contracts, budgets, and project closeout. The role requires strong organization, communication, and financial awareness, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Strong Excel, documentation, tracking, and reporting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer public bidding processes and prepare bid summaries.
• Manage budgeting, pay applications, and project reporting to District Boards.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project closeout.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with developers, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare content and documentation for annual budgets and reports.
• Attend board meetings and provide updates and materials.
