Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Director (PE) for Public Infrastructure in Baton Rouge, LA. The candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor staff, and drive project delivery and business development for municipal and transportation projects in Louisiana.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years of public infrastructure experience, a LA P.E. license, and strong client networking. The role offers leadership opportunities and ownership potential within Halff’s growth in the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree.
P.E. license in Louisiana.
15+ years in utility and public infrastructure design, local infrastructure, public works, municipal and LA DOTD roadways, trails, drainage and land development projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple teams of engineers and/or other staff within their discipline.
Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
Oversee planning, design, and implementation of projects within their discipline.
Collaborate with business development to prepare proposals and client presentations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and networking with municipal clients and partners.
Drive sales growth and monitor project performance metrics.
