Responsibilities

• Respond to the general public and provide information on housing and related services.
• Explain program rules and determine applicant eligibility and rent calculations.
• Maintain applicant waiting lists and manage lease-related documentation.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with tenants, owners, and Housing Authority staff.
• Prepare briefing packets and assist in trainings or briefings for staff.
• Respond to tenant or landlord complaints in a timely manner.
