Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience acceptable.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration preferred with relevant work.
• Experience with housing programs, HUD guidelines, and leasing procedures is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cases from initial leasing to occupancy.
• Review and process applications for admission and occupancy.
• Interview applicants to determine eligibility (income, assets, family).
• Verify information with employers, agencies, and others.
• Notify applicants of eligibility requirements and housing opportunities.
• Coordinate inspections and leasing documents; prepare contracts.
• Process yearly contract renewals and maintenance communications.
• Conduct applicant certifications and landlord communications.
