You will develop data visualizations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive risk communication and regulatory readiness to protect guests and crew worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Project Management certification (PMP) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public health analytics, epidemiology support, regulatory operations, health risk communication, project management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end public health projects from planning, execution, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that integrate surveillance, outbreak, regulatory, and operational data to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate disease trends and population health data into project plans, executive briefings, and action items.
• Assist in preparing clear, timely, and evidence-based public health updates and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure public health messaging is accurate and aligned with epidemiologic evidence.
• Coordinate regulatory readiness activities across fleet and destinations, including audits and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside teams to implement policies and continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor surveillance trends and health risk indicators to support risk mitigation and communication planning.
• Maintain governance with milestone tracking, policy updates, and stakeholder reporting.
• Drive process improvements leveraging data analytics and AI to enhance operational effectiveness.
