Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public health analytics, epidemiology support, or related fields.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with senior leaders.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end public health projects and initiatives, including planning, execution, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that integrate surveillance, outbreak, regulatory, and operational data to support informed decision-making.
• Translate disease trends and risk assessments into project plans, executive briefings, fleetwide action items, and audience-appropriate health risk communication materials.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure public health messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with epidemiologic evidence.
• Coordinate regulatory readiness activities across the fleet and private destinations.
• Monitor surveillance trends and health risks to support risk mitigation and communication planning.
