Position Summary:
TheLead, Crew Population Health & Disease Preventionis responsible forthe development, implementation, and oversight of fleet-wide population health initiatives focused on chronic disease prevention, health promotion, wellness, and preventive care strategies. This role is dedicated tooptimizingcrew health outcomes, reducing health-related risks, and supporting safe, sustainable maritime operations.
The Lead provides leadership and oversight for the Manila-basedteamofwellnessnursesand works collaboratively with shipboard and shoreside Clinical Operations teams to ensure an integrated and effective approach to crew health and wellness. This position plays a key role in advancing the organization's global health strategy through preventive care, early intervention, health education, and data-driven population health programs.
Reporting to the AVP, Clinical Services, the Lead serves as a subject matter expert in population health management and preventive medicine while fostering a culture of health and wellbeing throughout the crew population.
This position is based in the Miami Corporate Officeand requires periodic domestic and international travel (approximately 10-15%).
