Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, Care Management to oversee fleet-wide population health initiatives focused on chronic disease prevention, wellness, and preventive care. The role reports to the AVP, Clinical Operations and supervises a Manila-based wellness nursing team, collaborating with shipboard and shoreside teams to ensure integrated health services.

The position is based in the Miami corporate office with periodic travel (approximately 10–15%).

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years in case management/population health/wellness/disease management.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience designing and implementing wellness or chronic disease programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee fleet-wide population health initiatives.
• Lead wellness nursing team and ensure care coordination delivery.
• Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside clinical teams for continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with PHI confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
