Responsibilities

• Provide shoreside clinical leadership to support safe, high-quality care across the fleet.
• Serve as real-time clinical decision-support for shipboard teams and audits.
• Guide medical governance, quality assurance, and case management activities.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency medical support helpline with on-call duties.
• Travel to vessels for training, audits, and medical program oversight.
