The Georgia Department of Public Health is seeking a Healthcare Program Consultant 2 to support Coastal Health District initiatives. You will collaborate with health specialists, civic groups, and internal teams to identify needs, plan programs, and coordinate community outreach across eight counties.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of program experience, or one year at the HCP 2 level.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; four (4) years of experience in health program work, or one (1) year at Healthcare Program Consultant 2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with health specialists and civic groups to identify community health needs and goals.
• Conducts community surveys to gauge health needs and service availability.
• Develops and maintains cooperation among public, civic, professional, and voluntary agencies.
• Plans and provides educational opportunities for target populations.
