Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, analytical, and project coordination support to the Center for Preparedness and Response (CPR).
• Prepare reports, coordinate drills and special projects, maintain procedures, and support leadership with updates on goals and priorities.
• Lead onboarding activities, support recruitment efforts, and assist managers with hiring documentation and processes.
• Coordinate travel and training functions, ensuring compliance with departmental requirements and facilitating timely approvals and payments.
• The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information and collaborate with CPR programs and leadership.
• During emergency response activities, may be required to work outside normal business hours to support CDPH operations.
