Job summary

State of Florida, Department of Health in Monroe County, is seeking an Office Automation Analyst to support IT operations across Marathon and Tavernier clinics and other DOH sites as needed. The role involves configuring and maintaining hardware, imaging systems, Active Directory, SCCM, and end-user support.

Travel between clinics is required; provide end-user training and ensure compliance with agency standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License: Must possess a valid, unrestricted Florida driver’s license at all times during employment and report any violation to their direct supervisor upon occurrence.

Responsibilities

• New User Setup: Configures, installs, maintains, and support end-user computer workstation equipment, wireless devices, all external peripheral devices in Monroe County Health Department offices and Remote Teleworker Offices.
• Inventory: Replace existing technology based on End of Life, relocate equipment as needed, verify operation, prepare for surplus, coordinate warranty/non-warranty repairs, document relocations.
• Equipment Lifecycle & Deployment: Replace outdated technology per EOL, relocate equipment, verify functionality post-installation, decommission surplus, coordinate repairs, record updates.
• Systems Administration: Create, manage, and maintain user and device objects in Active Directory; develop and deploy system images using SCCM; ensure imaging standards and compliance.
• Help Desk Functions: Troubleshoot remotely or in person; assist Helpdesk Team Lead on complex issues; record issues/resolutions in ticketing system.
• User Support & Training: Provide training on new user orientation, software usage, system navigation; act as technical resource to enhance digital literacy.
