Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months' experience in processing accounting, auditing or payroll transactions.
• Six months' experience in determining compliance of financial transactions with required documentation, computations, codes, signatures, rules or regulations.
• Six months’ experience in preparing financial reports such as combining and presenting financial data from multiple sources in an organized format.
• OR possess of an Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Reviews forms and source documents to complete purchase orders; ensures accuracy, documentation, and approvals.
• Verifies or determines correct classification and coding of transactions.
• Uses FSF, Clover, and Excel to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve and report data.
• Prepares reports and summaries on the status of accounts or other financial data.
• Gathers and compiles data for higher-level staff and assists with month-end closings.
• Delivers customer service to internal and external customers in person, by phone, or email.
