The Civicworks presents a Fiscal Advisor II position within the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services' Facilities Operations. The role acts as a liaison to the Secretary's financial office, tracks purchase orders and invoices across funding years, and coordinates with the facility maintenance team.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial transactions, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with budgets, grants, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of experience compiling, analyzing and reporting on financial data for accounting or financial planning.
• One year of experience ensuring compliance of financial transactions with budgets, grants, contracts, and state or federal laws.
• Six months' experience researching and analyzing accounting transactions to reconcile discrepancies and maintain audit trails.
• Experience or training in staff supervision or lead worker responsibilities.
• Six months' experience using the First State Financial System (FSF) (preferred).
