Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health or closely related field with emphasis on epidemiology/biostatistics.
• 1 year of experience in epidemiology, data management, infectious diseases, environmental health, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, interpret, and report information about diseases and public health issues in the community.
• Assist in data collection, assessment and evaluation for community health planning.
• Develop, analyze, and report strategic health indicators for the community.
• Plan and coordinate epidemiologic studies and investigations.
• Prepare reports on epidemiologic investigations.
• Respond to inquiries from the public on adverse health conditions.
