- Design and execute data exchange, interoperability, and AI/ML solutions for public health use cases.
- Lead architects, engineers, analysts, and informaticists translating client needs into technical approaches.
- Ensure QA/QC and troubleshoot across the tech stack.
- Apply interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA) in public health contexts.
- Document decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and review technical deliverables.
