Guidehouse is seeking a Senior AI Developer / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end AI, ML, and public health analytics initiatives for CDC and related clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, define architectures, ensure responsible AI practices, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced federal environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, client engagement, and risk management across development, testing, and production, using cloud services and modern AI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of five years of professional experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle, including design, dev, test, and deployment.
Translate objectives into technical requirements and delivery plans.
Provide hands-on technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
Communicate AI capabilities, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders.
Develop production-ready AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
Establish and oversee MLOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, and secure deployment.
