Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Technology Solutions Architect to serve CDC stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will translate needs into practical architectures, prototypes, and demonstrations to refine potential solutions for interoperable public-health data exchange, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. The role blends solution architecture with technical leadership, engaging CDC technical personnel as a credible peer.

Formación

• Minimum of 8+ years of work experience.
• Experience designing, modernizing, integrating, or delivering complex technology solutions, including at least four years in a Technical Lead or Solution Architect role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and translating client needs into scalable, secure executable solutions.
• Public-health technology or informatics experience involving surveillance, epidemiology, reporting, laboratory, registry, or related workflows.
• Experience with public-health data exchange among public-health agencies, laboratories, registries, healthcare partners, or federal systems.
• Working knowledge of public-health interoperability approaches and standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, APIs, terminology systems).
• Ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical approaches and communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Willingness to work with CDC stakeholders in Atlanta and meet security requirements (US Citizenship, Public Trust).

Responsabilidades

• Translate evolving needs into practical architectures, prototypes, and technical options.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure solutions for public-health data exchange and analytics.
• Apply HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, APIs, and terminology systems to surveillance and reporting use cases.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams from design through implementation and testing.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across the technology stack.
• Lead design reviews and communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and risks.
• Develop reusable architectures and proofs of concept to strengthen client delivery.
