Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and related experience handling customers’ questions, complaints and/or providing information.
• Bilingual – Spanish speaking preferred as part of qualifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and services to meeting customer expectations.
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Make appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Follow scripts when scheduling the appropriate appointment.
• Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions or refer programs/resources.
• Handle all client inquiries and update information in the system.
• Support new program initiatives and adapt to policy changes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
