Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to obtain information according to program policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Enter data quickly and accurately with minimal errors.
• Process clients' needs and requests according to policy.
• Schedule appointments according to procedures.
• Maintain and update client charts as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to perform the job effectively.
• Provide other customer service and clerical support to the clinic as required.
