The role emphasizes developing market understanding, supporting business development, and coordinating with issuers, counsel and rating agencies. Onsite work is expected in a structured team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Public Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance required.
• Strong communications and presentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, disclosure and offering documents for PF deals.
• Act as a key contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support regulatory and FINRA/SEC compliance requirements.
