Qualifications

• Public Finance experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years in Accounting, Finance, or Investments.
• Strong MS Office and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for Public Finance deal work, including disclosure and offering documents.
• Serve as a key contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with market data gathering, modeling, and scenario analysis for debt structures.
• Support business development, proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
• Coordinate compliance and regulatory requirements (FINRA/SEC) and closing activities.
• Maintain relationships with issuers, counsel, rating agencies and credit enhancers.
