Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of GAAP and automated accounting systems.
• Ability to apply accounting theory to transactions and internal control procedures.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and reconciliation.
• Skill in using a PC and Microsoft Office, incl. Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare and maintain records, files, and reports.

Aufgaben

• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule and performs other duties as assigned.
• Process deposits from daily receipts and bank deposits for all cash and checks.
• Code, post, and balance financial documents in the Client Trust Fund system; review funds and adjust cash as needed.
• Coordinate procurement card usage, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Conduct audits and reconcile discrepancies in accounts and bank statements.
• Coordinate facility travel arrangements and related processing.
• Assist with payroll processes for facility employees and contractors.
• Prepare and scan payment documents for submission to State office accounting.
• Assist with invoice approvals and tracking payments.
• Perform additional duties including training and disaster recovery participation.
