800flowerscareers is seeking a Corporate, SEC & Governance Paralegal to provide high-level legal and administrative support to the Legal Department. Focus on public company governance, SEC reporting, trademark and marketing material review, and franchise documentation.

You will work with the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, finance and accounting teams, and the Board of Directors. Strong organization, discretion, and tech proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience supporting governance, SEC filings, and public-company compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Board/committee administration, governance calendars and materials.
• Assist with SEC filings, EDGAR filings, and compliance tracking.
• Review trademark, marketing materials, and franchise documentation for legal compliance.
• Maintain franchise and governance records and databases.
• Assist with general Legal Department tasks and technology platforms.
