Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 50% Call Center: handles five-county calls, explains programs, referrals, document processing, and state database queries.
• 40% Determine Eligibility: process cases, verify due dates, monitor dashboards, process documents, use state systems.
• 8% Policy/Procedures/Training: research and review policy and procedures for programs.
• 2% Outside Resources: assist clients with outside sources for assistance and inquiries.
