Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to calls related to applications, renewals, and eligibility matters.
• Conducts customer interviews by telephone, in person, or virtually.
• Explains program rules, benefit calculations, and verification requirements.
• Uses state databases and data exchanges to process eligibility.
• Maintains accurate case records and prepares notices and case actions.
