The incumbent will work across regions, back up lobby operations as needed, and contribute to performance monitoring, policy interpretation, and staff development within a professional team.

Competenze

• One or more years’ experience determining eligibility for food stamps, Medicaid and cash assistance is preferred.
• Knowledge of the eligibility processes, procedures, and applicable computer systems used in determining public assistance eligibility.

• Monitoring and Quality Review of case records and performance plans.
• Administrative duties including evaluating performance data and generating reports.
• Training staff and providing necessary technical assistance to ensure policy implementation.
• Lobby backup to assist with escalations and customer service in the Gainesville Gainesville area.
