Formación

Responsabilidades

• Learn to manage a workload of initial and ongoing eligibility determinations for SNAP/TANF.
• Provide case management for eligibility through direct customer engagement.
• Calculate monthly income and expenses for budgeting.
• Document verifications, benefits, and case activity in records systems.
• Review data from customers and systems to ensure accurate benefits.
