Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for public assistance programs using information provided by applicants.
• Re-determine eligibility at specified intervals and when changes are reported.
• Collect and evaluate required documentation for eligibility determinations.
• Compare income/household data with case records and summarize reviews.
• Coordinate with eligibility workers and Employment Counselors.
• Develop and monitor contracts, attend meetings, and perform public relations duties.
