Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine and redetermine client eligibility for multiple programs.
• Provide case management and referrals as needed.
• Document case information for quality control and audits.
• Prepare fraud prevention and appeal hearing documents and attend hearings as needed.
• Mentor and train new employees.
