State of Indiana is seeking a supervisory professional for eligibility processing within the Family Resources Division. Lead staff, ensure policy compliance, and optimize client service delivery. A degree is not required; 3+ years in related fields and supervisory experience are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in counseling, social services, education, public administration, or related field, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in administrative, managerial, or supervisory capacity (1+ year).
• Ability to travel as required.
• Thorough knowledge of the state and federal rules, regulations and policies governing public assistance programs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure policies, regulations, and operating procedures are followed by staff and performed ethically.
• Supervise and distribute workload, covering vacant caseloads.
• Ensure office scheduling meets timeliness requirements.
• Meet with State and Contract staff to improve eligibility processes.
• Respond to client inquiries within set timeframes.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees with opportunities for development.
