Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services invites applicants for the temporary Eligibility Advisor I role in Lamesa, TX. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours of college or 90 quarter hours preferred.
• One year of customer service experience with public contact.
• Ability to interview clients and collect personal information.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to obtain financial and personal information to determine eligibility.
• Enter data into the eligibility system.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility.
• Process work per state/federal regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
