Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year experience working with the public in a public assistance program.
• Years of related experience may substitute for education, but not for necessary work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers and reviews information to determine eligibility for Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF.
• Conducts interviews and follow-ups to verify required information.
• Informs applicants/recipients of program rules and appeal rights.
• Enters data into computer systems and uses interfaces to verify information.
