Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a House Attendant in Miami Beach to support the Housekeeping Management Team by delivering linens, cleaning public areas, and assisting with laundry tasks. The position requires making rounds on assigned floors, handling supplies, and cooperating with teammates to maintain high cleanliness standards and cheerful service for guests across the property.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• Background from the extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Sonesta Service standards in all guest interactions.
• Assist with linen delivery and supplies to Room Attendants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and corridors.
• Respond to guests' requests promptly and courteously.
• Clean designated public areas and report needed repairs to supervisor.
• Operate laundry tasks and manage linens as directed.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
