Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a House Attendant to support the Housekeeping Management Team on assigned floors, collecting dirty linens, transporting to laundry, delivering clean linens to carts, and assisting with laundry and public areas.

You will work with Room Attendants, respond to guest requests, maintain closet and corridor cleanliness, and help with deep cleaning and safety compliance, mornings/evenings weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Fluent English preferred; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service standards in all guest interactions.
• Assist Room Attendants with linens and supplies on assigned floors.
• Operate laundry functions and clean public areas as assigned.
• Report repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly.
• Promote teamwork and maintain cleanliness of closets and corridors.
