Qualifications

• Hotel Experience is not required; a fun and welcoming personality is a must.
• 1–2 years hospitality or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule is required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas of the Hotel.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms and other assigned public spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and polish assigned areas.
• Remove trash and replenish supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, damage or lost items to the appropriate supervisor.
• Respond to guest and departmental cleaning requests as needed.
• Collaborate and communicate with all departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.
