Lore Group is seeking a Public Area Attendant for Riggs Washington DC, located at Penn Quarter. You will maintain cleanliness across public spaces and assist in delivering a flawless guest experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Fun and welcoming personality is a MUST.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and maintain flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas of the Hotel.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms and other assigned public spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and polish assigned areas.
• Remove trash and replenish supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, damage or lost items to the appropriate supervisor.
• Respond to guest and departmental cleaning requests as needed.
• Collaborate and communicate with all departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.
