Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a FT - PM Public Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Washington, DC. Shifts include weekends and holidays and you’ll maintain the cleanliness of hotel public areas and respond to guest requests to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a self-starting personality, professional appearance, and the ability to lift and move equipment. Prior hotel experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and guest service.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, entrances, and other common spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, polish, and sanitize surfaces as needed.
• Clean and maintain public restroom and replenish supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged property, safety hazards, or guest concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
