Public Area Attendant - Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public spaces, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window washing, trash disposal, and floor waxing.
• Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests promptly.
• Conduct deep cleaning and special projects like mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed.
• Assist with guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms when required.
