Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group seeks a hospitality-focused team member to maintain cleanliness in all public hotel areas, restock supplies, assist with event setup, and promptly report maintenance or safety issues. You will deliver courteous, attentive service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Excellent communication and a professional demeanor.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies and restrooms.
• Restock supplies and amenities in public areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and activities in public spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by being courteous, helpful, and attentive.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Perform other duties to support smooth hotel operations.
