Job summary

EOS Hospitality LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep the resort's public spaces clean, welcoming, and sparkling. You will contribute to a flawless guest experience by maintaining appearance and order in lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other public areas.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleanliness standards.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.

Public Area AttendantPosition Summary

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the resort’s public spaces. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and exceptional experience for every guest. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands that even the smallest details can make a meaningful difference in a guest’s experience.
