Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking a House Attendant to support housekeeping by maintaining public areas across the resort and assisting with VIP room preparations and various cleaning tasks. You will help supply Room Attendants, restock linen, and collaborate with front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction and a high standard of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, professional, and able to multitask in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, thorough and professional conduct
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred (time share preferred)
• Ability to work well in a diverse team
• Able to pass auditions, background check and drug screening
• Fluency in English preferred
• Must be available for weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Support housekeeping associates and maintain public areas of the resort
• Provide supplies to Room Attendants and restock as needed
• Clean and maintain resort corridors, stairs, patio deck, garage, hot tub, sauna, and public areas
• Assist with VIP room preparations and carpet cleaning as needed
• Turn mattresses, wash walls and windows, move furniture on request
• Work with front desk and run errands for supervisor/manager
• Adhere to standards, policies, and regular attendance
• Cross train in repairs and maintenance responsibilities

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent
