Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless: maintain cleanliness of restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Delight our guests by greeting them warmly, answering questions, and resolving service requests promptly.
• Support housekeeping operations by assisting with guest room cleaning and fulfilling service requests when needed.
• Handle special projects such as periodic deep cleaning tasks like flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
