About The Job

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in guest hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other public areas. You will interact with guests courteously, assisting with directions and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities And Essential Functions

• Clean public areas including floors, windows, and fixtures.
• Set up and remove safety signs appropriately.
• Use proper cleaning solutions to remove dirt and grime.
• Handle hazardous cleaning supplies safely.
• Ensure fixtures are water mark free.
• Log cleaning activities as required.
• Monitor and report on cleaning supplies and equipment issues.
• Maintain a customer-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in maintaining housekeeping storerooms and offices.
• Complete daily work sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

Qualifications and Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
