We are seeking a professional Valet Attendant to join our team and embody these values.

Position Overview

The Valet Attendant provides professional valet parking services, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles while ensuring safety, security, and courteous service.

Job Functions

1. Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Greet guests, assist with parking, drive vehicles responsibly, organize parking, and retrieve vehicles securely.
2. Customer Service: Offer courteous service, assist with luggage, provide information, and address concerns.
3. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment, secure vehicles, report hazards or incidents, and assist with luggage.
4. Payment Processing: Collect payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain records.
5. Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect vehicles for damages, report discrepancies, and maintain equipment.
6. Team Collaboration: Work with team members, communicate effectively, and coordinate tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus.
