Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Friendly demeanor and clear communication skills when interacting with guests.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Comfortable climbing stairs multiple times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces throughout resort buildings.
• Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and trash removal.
• Ensure public restrooms are clean, stocked, and guest‑ready at all times.
• Provide warm and helpful interactions when engaging with guests.
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or missing items to your manager promptly.
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Keep workspaces and cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Whether vacuuming lobbies, spot‑cleaning windows, tidying restrooms, or handling deep cleans, your attention to detail makes a lasting impact.

You’ll work across a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces and often operate independently, making a strong work ethic and self‑motivation essential. This is a physically active role that requires adaptability, quick thinking, and a high standard of guest service.
