Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ Big Sky Resort in Montana is seeking hardworking Room Attendants to join our team. You will clean and stock rooms, interact warmly with guests, and help maintain a spotless, welcoming environment for every stay.

This role features a piecework pay system with rewards for quality and efficiency, and full-time seasonal benefits including an employee ski pass, housing options, and discounts on lodging, F&B, and rentals.

Qualifications

• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull up to 100 lbs unassisted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock hotel rooms and condos before, during, and after guest stays.
• Interact with guests in a warm, welcoming manner during service encounters.
• Attend daily morning meetings and arrive on time in full uniform.
• Take ownership of assigned rooms, reporting any maintenance needs or missing items.
• Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and supply rooms; restock as needed.
• Follow all policies and standards set by Big Sky Resort and Boyne USA.
