POP MART is seeking a Public Affairs Manager to lead relationships with U.S. government agencies, industry groups, and chambers. You will monitor federal, state, and local policy, assess impacts on retail and consumer products, and work with regional and global teams to navigate regulatory landscapes.

You will translate complex developments into actionable business insights, support ESG initiatives, and help POP MART expand its North America retail presence. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in public affairs, government relations or regulatory affairs.
• Strong understanding of US federal, state and local policy.
• Proven experience building external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong research and analytical skills to assess policy impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry groups, and chambers of commerce.
• Develop relationships in markets POP MART operates or plans to expand in the US.
• Support public affairs and government relations for POP MART's US operations.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams on regulatory and public affairs matters.
• Monitor federal, state, and local policy developments and advise on business impact.
• Identify regulatory, operational, and reputational risks with timely insights.
• Translate policy developments into actionable business insights.
• Represent POP MART in industry meetings and external forums.
• Support ESG and community engagement initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.
