The role involves developing growth strategies, promoting service lines such as Tax, Audit, and CAAS, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. CPA/CMA is a plus, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development within the Accounting/Finance industry.
• CPA/CMA certification a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and market share.
• Identify, research, and pursue potential new clients in line with the company’s objectives.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Discuss and promote service lines effectively to showcase benefits.
