Jobot is seeking a Tax Manager CPA to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity in Texas. The role focuses on tackling complex tax issues, planning, and cultivating client relationships across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/MS in Accounting or related, is a CPA, and has at least 3 years of tax management experience. You will work with analysts and partners to deliver timely tax engagements and coaching for junior staff.

Qualifications

• BS/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• CPA license required.
• 3+ years of experience in tax management.
• Ability to work with analysts, seniors and leadership to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Create strategies with tax leaders and partners for optimal client solutions.
• Detail review of tax returns and workpapers.
• Manage tax engagements including compliance and planning.
• Maintain client communication throughout the year.
• Coaching and developing tax seniors and tax analysts.
